Kelly Irvine, VP of Manufacturing Operations

18 Years in Packaging

Since beginning her career with Plexpack, Kelly has been instrumental in developing and managing processes for purchasing, material use and scheduling. She leads manufacturing operations and works closely with the entire Plexpack production team to ensure that our customers receive their solutions when they need it – the way they need it.

Adrian Hermosillo, Territory Sales Manager

Adrian is a mechanical engineer and sales professional with years of experience solving customer challenges in Latin America and around the globe. He began his career with Plexpack as the Business Development and Sales Reprepresentive for Latin American and International Markets. He works tirelessly to apply his technical expertise and knowledge of international markets to provide customers with solutions that improve production and drive value.

Paul Irvine, Executive Chairman & Owner 

34 Years in Packaging

Paul’s vision for delivering superior made-to-order solutions and insistence on customer support with the highest integrity helped establish Plexpack as a leading global provider of flexible packaging solutions. Paul followed in his fathers’ footsteps and served as Plexpack’s CEO for more than 20 years. Paul was a member of PMMI’s Board of Directors for more than 10 years, including leadership as Vice-Chairman and  Chairman. Paul announced his retirement in 2021 but continues to share his expertise and provide guidance in future product development.

Ian McIntyre, Director of Engineering

34 Years in Packaging

Ian is an experienced professional engineer. He has provided leadership for Plexpack in numerous roles from sales to plant manager and engineering. His technical expertise combined with his years of solving customers flexible packaging challenges make him an ideal resource for providing bag sealing and shrink packaging solutions that best serve our customers.  

Jackie Irvine, Sr Manager, Marketing & Sustainability

7 Years in Packaging

Jackie brings a high level of enthusiasm and passion for helping our customers find the right flexible packaging solution for their needs. She honed her skills in marketing at Plexpack, where she strengthened customer engagement, brand development and digital media. In 2020 Jackie helped establish our newest location in Southern California to better serve our growing customer base.
