Plexpack’s US office will be moving to a new location in Carson, California, come April 1st!
Located just 20 minutes from LAX and 30 minutes from Santa Anna Airport, this new facility will serve our customers and partners in the United States and Western Canada, providing support and project assistance.
Our new location will provide both in-person and virtual services to our customers & partners. Serving as a sales demonstration center, we will have units onsite to offer machine demonstrations, sample testing, and product maintenance and service training.
Our new facility will also serve as our US-based service provisioning center. With technicians onsite, we will be able to more easily provide field service to all Plexpack machinery operators throughout Western North America.
The team at this location are receiving their vaccinations and staying up to date with COVID protocols to expedite our services to Western Canada.

Our Western Regional Sales Manager, Jackie Irvine, will be opening the facility in April. From this location, Jackie will manage our western regional distribution network as well as our sales and regional marketing operations. Our Service Technician, Huy Diep will be based in this location to provide service and support to all our partners and customers in Western North America.
We are thrilled to offer our customers and partners further resources and support in the opening of this new Plexpack facility.
